The next date for Marriage Preparation is November 14, 2026, and program resources, activities, and work will be sent to you ahead of that date.

1. Consult the following brochure to help you plan for the Marriage Preparation Program
2. Fill out the Registration Form
PLEASE COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM
When you have completed the Registration Form, put it into pdf format.
3. Submit the completed Registration Form by email
ATTACH THE COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM TO THE EMAIL & SEND
