Lord Jesus,
We stand with your Mother at the foot of the cross.
She who carried you in life now holds the weight of your sacrifice.
By her seven sorrows, teach us how to love through our own pain.
When life breaks our hearts, give us Mary’s quiet courage.
When we witness the suffering of others, grant us her fierce compassion.
Help us not to run away from the dark and difficult places of this world.
Our Lady of Sorrows, pray for us.
Turn our grief into grace, and our wounds into pathways for healing.
Bring us, with you, to the joy of the resurrection.
