On Saturday June 27, as part of the House of La Verna’s celebration of the 800th anniversary of the death of St. Francis of Assisi, you are invited to attend a picnic at the House of La Verna, beginning at 11:00 a.m. There will be an opening prayer ritual, food, a movie and the viewing of relics, followed by a Mass at St. Alphonsus Church.
